There are absolutely NO EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS;EXEMPT (DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE) due to sanitary reasons.

Once your order ships and tracking information is sent Babydoll Beauty Cosmetics is not liable for your package. Babydoll Beauty Cosmetics is NOT responsible for lost packages or broken items.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If there was an error with your order, or you received a defective product ex: cracked jar,cracked compact (does not include actual product) email [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order, insert order #, must attach photo of product, and specific details on defective product. 

*Product must be returned via USPS, UPS or FedEx
